I am a local attorney with deep roots in Southern Indiana. I have lived here all my 63 years. I have over 34 years of experience in criminal law, as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. In fact, there are very few attorneys in southern Indiana who can match my experience and expertise. I have handled small matters, such as traffic tickets, and more serious misdemeanors such as DUIs and Possessions of Marijuana. I have also handled serious drug felonies, and the most serious of cases, Murder. My many years of experience will enable me to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the prosecution’s case, and provide you with the best legal representation.
Evan Bardach

Evan lives in Floyd Knobs with his wife Courtney (Freiberger). Bardach serves on the board for the House of New Beginnings, Halfway House, as well as, Brandon’s House Counseling Center. He is a member of St. Mary’s of the Knobs Catholic Church. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington and received his J.D. From Indiana University McKinney School of Law. Evan has experience as a Prosecutor in Harrison, Crawford and Floyd Counties. Evan has handled every level of criminal cases, ranging from traffic tickets, misdemeanors, all the way up to murder. He has over 9 years of experience and practices Criminal Law, Family Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Civil Litigation, and Property Law

Crystal Allen

Crystal and her family have been local to Southern Indiana for generations. She lives in Harrison County with her husband, Parker Hudson, and their two girls. Her and her husband graduated from Crawford County High School and went on to graduate from Ball State University. She received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Crystal has more than seven years of experience and is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky. Upon graduation from law school, Crystal handled one of the largest criminal defense case-loads in the state of Kentucky - ranging from traffic tickets, misdemeanors, probation revocations, all the way up to murder. She currently practices in Criminal Law, Family Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Property Law, and much more.
